In QA Catalyst, a Client represents an organization or business for which you are performing QA activities. Creating clients helps keep projects structured, especially when you work with multiple customers or internal departments.
From a QA management perspective, separating work by client avoids confusion and ensures clean reporting.
Steps #
- Navigate to Clients
- Click Add Client
- Enter client name and optional details
- Save the client
Once created, you can assign multiple projects under a client.

Use clear, recognizable client names—especially if you manage multiple environments or teams.
